The town of Hudson in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains is home to Heartland, a family ranch dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating troubled horses.

This is the fabulous TV series based on the extremely popular book series written by Lauren Brooke. It doesn't run exactly like the books, but it's close enough that all your favourite people and horses put in an appearance.
Series 3 is currently showing in America but I can't confirm if there will be a Season 4 or not. Let's keep our fingers crossed that there will be, because it's a gem.
