Product Overview

When everybody avoids Margaret as if she has the plague, she feels like breathing all over them. It's lonely having TB and being stuck on her aunt and uncle's farm, away from all her friends and family...until Starr comes along.

Once she loses her fear of the big horse, Margaret knows she has a friend for life.

Then she meets Matt and some of the other local kids, and discovers that her Uncle Herb loves practical jokes. After a while she almost forgets what her family looks like...finally she's forced to make a choice.
