Equitainment's Comments

I am fascinated with hurricanes, if I lived in America I would be a storm chaser of all sorts, and this book has one, its only part of the story but a very important part and even though horse racing is touched on in this book its got a lot to do with small planes and I for one was not bored with Dick Francis's mechanics of the workings of a plane.
This ex-library First Edition was published in 1999, it's in fair pre-loved condition with cover wear and the dust cover is covered in plastic, all in all pages are clean, yellowed and tightly bound. Product Overview

Perry Stuart, TV meteorologist, is more accustomed to predicting showers and sun shine than giant hurricanes. His life is calm and orderly and he has never experienced physical baptism by storm.

Until, that is, a fellow forecaster offers him a Carribbean hurricane-chasing ride in a small aeroplane as a holiday diversion.

By terrifying accident, Stuart learns more secrets from the flight than just wind speeds, and back home in England he faces threats as deadly as even nature could devise.
