WRANGLER AKA MINNAMURRA AKA OUTBACK!
Could the description of this movie (copied below) be any more American? It took me ages to track this one down and then work out if I had the right movie or not. And just to confuse matters further, it's had it's name changed three times! Never fear though. Despite the description by the publishers, this is the Aussie movie first released in Australia as Minnamurra, and later in America as Outback. Not sure why it's now called Wrangler but at least we have found it and it's available again for all avid collectors.FROM THE PUBLISHER
When Alice Richard's father dies, she is left alone to battle to save the family homestead from a power hungry neighbour who wants to control the frontier. Alice's last desperate attempt to save the ranch depends on her convincing her rival suitors to put aside their differences and band together in one final horse drive. If they can bring in the herd the ranch will be saved, but there are evil men willing to kill to ensure they fail.
Wrangler is a sweeping saga in the tradition of Dances With Wolves, filled with frontier fury, wild romance and an untamed wilderness.
