I know I've done this before and changed my mind at the last minute, but yet again I'm seriously considering parting ways with my much loved horse book and dvd business.

I've recently been thrown into some really big business opportunities and if I do take them on, I just won't have enough time to do everything. I should really have sold Equitainment ages ago but I love it so much and it breaks my heart at the thought of parting with it. It's a bit like the good horse you have in the bottom paddock that you're not using. He's just going to waste, but you can't bear to part with him anyway.

Included in the sale is;

**The name, branding and trademark of Equitainment
**The stock (book value at about $55,000)
**The address and customer contact lists
**The website and Facebook page
**The supplier lists
**A marketing and business plan to get you started

I'm happy to negotiate a price if it goes to a good home ... someone who will love it as much as I do. It's a good time to do it now as Equitana is coming up, plus the run in to Christmas is a huge selling time. If you market correctly between now and these two big events, you should recoup the purchase price in that time alone.
