I now have a new supplier for DVDs in the United States and gladly, they are proving to be extremely efficient.

I'm so excited to finally be able to get this movie. If you're a child of the 70's you will remember it well from your childhood and, like me, probably dreamt about that wonderful welsh pony for years to come. I think this movie is one of the reasons I still have such a soft spot for Welshies today.

Here is another brilliant movie that has been much too hard to find. I remember this was one of my favourite Saturday midday movies and must have watched it a million times.

This is the original 1947 version starring Chips Rafferty of this much loved movie, that was later re-made in the 1980's starring Nicole Kidman, still in her frizzy hair days.

I have been trying really hard to track down Chips Rafferty movies, who was one of Australia's first real movie stars. They are few and far between, but finally some are making a reappearance. Apart from this movie, A BUSH CHRISTMAS which comes from the USA, there are also a few Australian formatted Chips Rafferty DVDs available. I have really enjoyed watching all of them and hope more become available in the near future.

This is the movie based on the book written by the legendary American author Marguerite Henry on one of the founding stallions of the modern Thoroughbred, the Godolphin Arabia. Made in 1990, it was also the last film appearance for both Glenda Jackson and Anthony Quade.

Great news for all the many fans of Australian author Carmel Rowley. Her third and final book in her best selling series for adults, WINDS OF TIME, is on it's way.
