Returns Policy

Faulty or Damaged Goods
All items are checked prior to despatch by the Equitainment staff, however we will either replace or refund the amount in full should the goods prove to be defective in manufacture. We cannot offer refunds for goods damaged after you have taken possession of them.

All damaged or faulty goods must be returned to Equitainment before any credit or refund is issued.

Risk and Title of Goods
The title of goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.

Equitainment will make every possible endeavour to have the goods delivered on time, however we are not liable for any losses suffered due to delay.

We are happy to make exchanges or provide a credit note for incorrect purchases, provided the product has not been used and is in new condition.

A full refund or credit will be given for goods incorrectly supplied or those that vary greatly from their description on the Equitainment website or newsletter.
