BUDWEISER CLYDESDALE COMMERCIALS

10 May 2010
I was chatting with a group of spectators at a recent horse show, and was very surprised to learn there are so many people who aren't familiar with the famous Budweiser Clydesdales from the USA.

Budweiser have six teams of spectacular Clydesdale horses that are used to promote their beer. In total the company owns in excess of 250 horses making them one of the biggest breeders and owners of Clydesdales in the world.

There are six 'hitches' or teams of horses with five of the teams travelling around the country making live appearances at various events, and the sixth team being permanently on show at their Grant's Farm breeding facility in Missouri.

They are most famously known for the series of TV commercials they star in that are often released each year at the football Super Bowl final. Some are hilarious and some are touching, but all are brilliant and well worth watching.

I've listed a few of my own favourites here, but do spend some time browsing through You Tube and other similar sites to wach more of them. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
